Turn What You Believe Into What You Do

Most companies have values. Very few have a system to live them. Leaders talk about purpose. Teams want to believe it. Customers hope it is real. But in the day to day, purpose often gets buried under deadlines, pressure, and hard decisions.

That gap is why ON Purpose exists.

ON Purpose is a practical framework and community that helps leaders move from belief to action. It is not about better words. It is about bringing purpose into how you lead, hire, serve, and grow.

Where This Started

At Rule29, we have long believed business can be a force for good. That belief shaped how we work, and it led us to become a Certified B Corporation.

Not as a badge, but as accountability.

Over time, alongside The O’Neil Companies and Doing Good Works, we saw the same challenge again and again. Leaders believed in purpose, but they lacked a clear way to apply it across their organization. The founders talk about ON Purpose as a natural extension of that work.

At Rule29, we often say we exist to make creative matter. That means making it meaningful, honest, and true. Not just interesting for the sake of attention, but aligned with something real. ON Purpose takes that same belief and applies it to leadership. It asks a simple question: what would it look like if purpose was just as real, just as visible, and just as consistent as the brands we help build?

Why ON Purpose Exists

Too many purpose statements gather dust. They sound right, but they do not shape decisions, culture, or growth. The ON Purpose platform was built around a simple truth: most companies already have a purpose statement, but very few have a system to activate it.

Without that system, good intentions fade. Teams disengage. Trust erodes. ON Purpose gives leaders a way to close that gap.

What Makes It Different

ON Purpose is not a certification. It is a practice. It is built on three parts: a commitment to lead with purpose, a framework of tools to apply it, and a community of leaders learning together.

The goal is not to score well. The goal is to live it.

What It Looks Like

In practice, this work shows up in everyday moments. It shapes how leaders make tough decisions, how teams hire and grow, how brands communicate, and how organizations balance short-term pressure with long-term trust. The model is simple: believe, align, act, share, and repeat.

Over time, those small, consistent choices build clarity, culture, and credibility.

Why It Matters

Expectations have changed. People want meaningful work. Customers want trust. Leaders need clarity. Purpose-driven organizations are growing faster, building stronger cultures, and earning deeper loyalty.

Purpose is not extra. It is foundational.

How Rule29 Helps

At Rule29, we help leaders make purpose real. We help define what matters, build the story and tools around it, and apply it in the places that count, decisions, culture, hiring, and growth. This is not about saying something better.

It is about building something truer.

An Invitation

If you already believe business can be more than profit, you are not alone. ON Purpose gives you a way to act on that belief, with a clear path, practical tools, and a community alongside you. Join the ON Purpose Commitment. Start the work. Build what matters.

Because the future will not be built by companies that talk about values. It will be built by the ones who live them.
